Result of Placing & Director Subscription
Ilika plc has successfully raised approximately £4.56 million in gross proceeds through an oversubscribed placing and subscription of 16,271,425 new ordinary shares at 28 pence per share. The company also plans to raise up to an additional £0.5 million via a retail offer. These funds will be used to advance the commercialization of its Stereax and Goliath battery technologies, supporting the launch of Stereax and the development of Goliath prototypes for potential licensing agreements.
