Land und Bund fördern Musikerhöfe mit 23 Millionen Euro

Lübeck - St. Lorenz Nord: In Lübeck entstehen im Rahmen des Bauprojektes „Die Musikerhöfe“ 139 neue Wohnungen. Insgesamt 55 Wohneinheiten fördern Bund und Land im Rahmen der Sozialen Wohnraumförderung. 23 Millionen Euro werden als Zuschuss oder als Darlehen zur Verfügung gestellt, wobei der weitaus größere Teil Landesmittel sind. Diese Förderung führt zu Mietpreisen von 6,80 und 8,50 Euro pro Quadratmeter.

Discussion Functional exercise is an essential component of CDT and has been shown to effectively alleviate lymphedema and related symptoms. For patients with breast cancer, functional exercise plays a vital role in rehabilitation after surgery. Early progressive functional exercise is necessary to improve blood and lymphatic circulation in the affected limb, reduce subcutaneous effusion, prevent lymphedema and restore upper limb function.
