HYDERABAD. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Deccan Charters Pvt Ltd have signed an Intent of Cooperation (IoC) to promote the adoption of indigenously designed and developed helicopters in India’s civil aviation market. The agreement was formalised on January 29 on the sidelines of the Wings India 2026, India’s flagship civil aviation show, in Hyderabad. Under the cooperation, the two organisations will work together to encourage the use of HAL’s Dhruv NG helicopter for civil operations.
