Irene Zhao

Hi, I'm Irene! I primarily research and write about public policy issues around the world. At the Foreign Policy Youth Collaborative, I work as the Content Communications Director, writing op-eds as well as facilitating and leading FPYC's relationship with the International Policy Digest. I edit and review every single piece of content FPYC sends to IPD, in addition to liaising with the editor. I believe that journalism, which sheds light on the world's lesser-known issues, plays a crucial role in our political processes, and in making the world a better place.
