Total year-end sales volume ended at 5.64 million units, and some experts say it could reach 8 million if there were more inventory. Therein lies the problem. Valuation Expo was an unforgettable experience. Hosted in Las Vegas at the Flamingo Hotel, we had appraisal professionals networking, meeting new clients, and growing their businesses. Over the course of several days, attendees earned up to 18 hours of CE and met with leaders in the industry. Val Expo started on Monday, September 30th with Vendors and Lenders Live. Vendors and Lenders Live were short, ten-minute presentations that demonstrated company and product information relevant to appraisers.

This new “Gig worker” law is aimed to limit the classification of workers as independent contractors by businesses, rather than employees. According to Allterra Group’s recent 2-minute survey, half of respondents have their business organized as single owner or sole proprietorship.
