Yes but in an ironic kitschy way.

In every way but also in some not at all? We need verifiable sources but we also need them to be unbiased and accessible.

Andy Sachs...
What does it mean to be a journalist?
To hold people accountable. Tell the news of the world as it happens. Be a voice for change. Set trends and break glass ceilings.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
Email! Always!
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Everything and anything. Monday, CMS', Canva, Photoshop, Trackonomics, Skimlinks, Sprout, etc.
What's your favorite social network?
Tik Tok or Twitter which is embarrassing to admit.
Who do you wish followed you?
Robin Givhan - she inspired me so much as a budding journo.
Why did you become a journalist?
I love everything to do with fashion. I'm passionate about using my voice for good, boosting the voices of those that have long gone unheard.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Nope!
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I love every article I write and a so proud that I am in a position where I can write even the most mundane of stories. It's a privilege.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Just write. And don't be afraid to go the long way, I started my career as a PR because I was just desperate to be in media.
When's the best time to pitch you?
Anytime of the work day!
What's the best pitch you ever got?
It was 3 pars long and I knew she had actually read my articles, wrote the piece for her client that afternoon.
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
It was as long as a novel and addressed to the wrong journo.
What's your favorite drink?
Love a fruity cocktail.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
On my balcony, at the beach, shopping, at a dance class or reading - always reading.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
I love GRAZIA UK, to be honest I love all of the UK and European fashion titles.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
I write shoppable content mainly, so I will never cover content that can't be shopped easily.
