Edward Blair II

Edward Blair II is a News Producer, journalist, and sports media professional with experience in television news, digital journalism, and live sports production. He currently serves as a News Producer, where he helps shape daily newscasts through story development, editorial decision-making, and newsroom coordination.

Blair has covered professional and collegiate sports for Sports Illustrated OnSI and Last Word On College Football, reporting on teams including the Seattle Storm, Philadelphia 76ers, Illinois Football, and Michigan Football. His experience also includes live event production with FOX Sports and ESPN+, where he has contributed to sports broadcasts and production operations.

Beyond journalism, Blair has coached basketball, football, baseball, and track and field throughout Southwest Michigan, helping student-athletes develop both on and off the field. His coaching background provides a unique perspective on leadership, teamwork, athlete development, and the stories that shape sports.

A graduate of the Dan Patrick School of Sportscasting at Full Sail University, Blair is pursuing a Master's degree in Sports Management. Through his work in news and sports media, he is committed to informing audiences, telling meaningful stories, and building connections through impactful journalism.
