Have you ever used a typewriter?
When I was a little kid, we used to play with them in elementary school as they were tossing them out and setting up computer labs for us.

It's coming out in fast paces and in shorter forms

Clark Kent
What does it mean to be a journalist?
To me, it means being authentic with storytelling and using your own voice to bring the story alive for fans who read our work.

Why did you become a journalist?
I knew I wanted to do this since elementary school, and if I didn't make the NFL or NBA, I wanted to be a sports reporter.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
In middle school, I took the TV, Media, and Film elective. In high school, we didn't have a paper.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I am proud of my Seattle Storm work due to the fact that I've never covered a pro team before.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Never use AI and study who inspires you, and network via social media and conventions.

I am a rookie who is just getting started, so I haven't gotten any yet
