Abstract No. 167 Angiographic Analysis of 176 Hemorrhoid Artery Embolization: A Novel Clinically Relevant Classification System
Hemorrhoid artery embolization (HAE) is an emerging and effective intervention to treat patients with symptomatic hemorrhoidal disease. Early reported studies indicated the presence of middle rectal supply might impact success rates. An in-depth understanding of the vascular anatomy is crucial to achieve technical success and avoid non-target related complications.
Abstract No. 602 Real World Radiation Exposure During Prostate Artery Embolization with Mobile Angiography: A Review of Over 700 Procedures
There is increasing evidence that supports the efficacy and safety of prostate artery embolization (PAE) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), especially in comparison to transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) and other minimally invasive BPH treatments. Prior publications have raised concern regarding the high radiation exposure in initially published studies, however, there is limited data on the real-world exposure of ionizing radiation from PAE.

For new master plan, MNLA embraced Smith College’s ethos of participation. By Jonathan Lerner In 1871, Sophia Smith devoted an inherited fortune to realizing her dream, a women’s college to equal those for men. Today the institution bearing her name enrolls some 2,100 female undergraduates (and a few hundred grad students, including some men). Parks along New York City’s vulnerable waterfront, like the one recently completed at Hunter’s Point South, are both amenity and armor. The seven glowing domes of the artist Nobuho Nagasawa’s Luminescence depict the phases of the moon. Photo Lloyd/SWA, courtesy SWA/Balsey and Weiss/Manfredi. Even as the tides lapping at its edges rise, New York City is turning eagerly toward the water to relieve both a congested transit system and a shortfall in housing stock.

Atlanta’s Fernbank Museum of Natural History occupies a formidable 1992 postmodernist structure by Graham Gund Architects. Visitors enter through a lobby that looks down into an octagonal atrium dominated by enormous dinosaur skeletons posed as if on the brink of carnage.
Comparative Effectiveness of Attune® Versus Triathlontm Total Knee Systems: Real-World Length of Stay And Discharge Status
To compare the difference in length of stay (LOS) and discharge status for total knee arthroplasty (TKA) patients who received an ATTUNE®or Triathlon™ Knee System.
COST OF CARE ASSOCIATED WITH IMPLANTATION OF MULTIPLANE EXTERNAL FIXATION SYSTEM
Long-bone deformities and non-unions are often treated with external fixation systems. These require extensive post-operative adjustments following carefully defined treatment plans. The cost and healthcare utilization required for these treatments is not well characterized. This study was therefore conducted to better understand healthcare requirements following use of external fixation systems.
LATERAL EPICONDYLITIS: PREVALENCE AND HEALTH CARE COSTS IN THE UNITED STATES
The prevalence, treatment pathways and financial burden of lateral epicondylitis (LE) on the healthcare system are poorly understood. This study was designed to estimate prevalence of LE, the frequency of treatments provided, and costs of care from the payer perspective.
