EP09.25: Longitudinal behaviour of left ventricular strain in subtypes of growth‐restricted fetuses
Objectives To determine fetal left ventricle function evaluated by 2D speckle tracking echocardiography (2D-STE) in fetal growth restriction (FGR) subtypes. Methods Global (GLO) and segmental LV longitudinal strain were serially measured in a cohort of consecutive fetuses diagnosed with FGR. Evaluations were performed at various points from diagnosis to delivery, with at least 2 measurements performed for each fetus, at least 2 weeks apart. All parameters were transformed into z-scores (Zs).
Prolonged cell cycle arrest by the CDK4/6 antagonist narazaciclib restores ibrutinib response in preclinical models of BTKi‐resistant mantle cell lymphoma
Introduction: Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitors (BTKi) have transformed the therapeutic landscape of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); however, primary and acquired resistance to these agents remains a challenge. Previous studies have suggested that narazaciclib (ON123300), a second-generation, orally bioavailable and clinical-stage CDK4/6 inhibitor (CDKi), may trigger cell cycle arrest and significant tumor growth inhibition (TGI) in BTKi-resistant MCL models.
High-efficiency grating coupler for an ultralow-loss Si3N4-based platform
Abstract Integrated silicon nitride waveguides of 100 nm height can achieve ultralow propagation losses below 0.1 dB/cm at the 1550 nm wavelength band but lack the scattering strength to form efficient grating couplers. An enhanced grating coupler design based on an amorphous silicon layer on top of silicon nitride is proposed and demonstrated to improve the directionality of the coupler.
