I am a journalist with over seven years of experience as a reporter for print and web-based publications. I am currently the health and wellness reporter for The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel, western Colorado's largest daily newspaper.

I have previously served as the News Editor and Opinion Editor for Colorado Mesa University's newspaper, The Criterion, and interned with Rocky Mountain PBS.
