Locked & Loaded
Although it is by far the smallest U.S. military service, with only about a thousand more active duty personnel than the NYPD, the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) traces its origin to the U.S. Revenue Cutter Service, and is the nation’s oldest continuous seagoing force. Soon, however, thanks to the Avon and Somerset Constabulary (A&SC), the regional police force covering southwestern English counties bordering Wales and encompassing the city of Bristol, a new police vehicle will be capable of leaving even the fastest speeders in the dust.
D30 Reactive Protection | Body Armor Add-On | High-Tech
You’re an infantryman defending against an insurgent assault in Paktika Province, southeast Afghanistan, by the Pakistani border. The enemy is armed with ever-present AK-47s as well as RPGs, but they also are firing a PK machine gun, the large, heavy Kalashnikov design in service since 1961.
