Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I was a reporter for Rampage and I was simultaneously a columnist for the Morris County Daily Record Newspaper.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life :)
When's the best time to pitch you?
Anytime you have an idea!
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
When I'm not a the computer I'm most likely hosting a TV show, playing board games, scuba diving, or crafting.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
I primarily focus on ocean and conservation topics. There are so many misperceptions about fish and marine life!
