How late have you heard bugles?
Just wondering if there’s any chance of hearing any bugles in mid November? This will be our first muzzleloader hunt, Nov. 13-19. I’ve heard them into late October, squirrel hunting and obviously during archery season but never into the late rifle season. Lone Road to Grand Canyon's North Rim Reopens for Season
The lone road leading to the Grand Canyon's North Rim has reopened. State Route 67 from Jacob Lake regularly is closed over the winter season because of heavy snow. The state Department of Transportation doesn't clear the snow because most facilities in the far northern stretches of the national park are closed during that time. Motorists were welcomed back to the 40-mile winding road on Sunday. The more popular South Rim of the Grand Canyon remains open year-round.
