On Monday, Nov. 17, 1,000 people will gather at Place des Arts to revitalize Montreal as part of “I see mtl,” a unique event that you could call an anti-summit. No speakers. No shopping list to submit to government. No ideological orientation. Just participants, active citizens who will work in groups to finalize projects proposed by leaders from every background.
