Chef Shepherd Elliott. SUPPLIED / The Post If you ask Wellington-based chef Shepherd Elliott what the future of food is, it looks like we’ll be seeing a lot more seaweed. Elliott has been working in and around food for the past 28 years, working his way around the world and up the ranks before returning home 15 years ago to work at Logan Brown restaurant in Te Aro. In 2010 he went out on his own, opening Ti Kouka cafe, followed by Leeds Street Bakery in 2012, then his namesake Shepherd in 2016.
