Jakub Hejl is a Czech American investor, real estate developer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a broad portfolio of accomplishments in the United States and abroad. He is the founder and president of Westside Capital Group, a Miami-based real estate investment firm known for its multibillion-dollar holdings and data-driven investment approach. Jakub also established the Hejl Foundation, where he serves as Chairman, and he is Chairman of the Board of The Wolfsonian, a renowned museum and research center in Miami Beach dedicated to exploring how art and design shape society.

Before enrolling at the University of Miami, he attended the prestigious IMG Academy in Sarasota, Florida. Throughout his academic journey, Jakub displayed exceptional intellectual prowess. He earned a business degree in Finance and Real Estate, with a minor in Economics, from the esteemed School of Business at the University of Miami. His professional journey in the real estate industry commenced with a position as a real estate investment banking analyst in New York City. He gained valuable experience working for DRA Advisors, a reputable private equity real estate firm based in New York. He further honed his skills and knowledge while employed at Westbrook Partners, another prominent private equity real estate firm with offices in New York and London.
