I am a physician, whose specialty is occupational medicine. When I was 13 years old, I could not understand why Elvis Presley became so rich, while my middle school teachers had moderate incomes. This has lead me on a wonderful academic journey as a hobby. I believe that one of the largest causes for the Elvis-Educator paradox are psychological phenomena. To rectify the situation, I analyzed intellectual property. In the process, I invented an intellectual property system based on the marginal revenue product and thereby have the best understanding of intellectual property in the world in approximately 1993. I then combined this system with a market for public policy in about 1999 and invented PolitcalSheepdog.com.
PoliticalSheepdog.com is a market and intellectual property approach to good government. Some of the causes of bad government are invisible phenomena. One phenomena is an incentive system, which promotes the private interests, but not the public interests. For example, people could make vast wealth creating the 2008 banking collapse, but little wealth preventing to collapse.
Hopefully, I will launch politicalsheepdog.com in December of 2016
