What was your first job as a journalist?
My first job as a journalist was working as a Public Affairs Representative and photographer for 10th Mountain Division.
Have you ever used a typewriter?
I learned to type on my mom's old typewriter while the computer was occupied by my sisters.
How is social media changing news?
Social media is democratizing news, which is great when it gets stories out that larger media outlets ignore. But it does reward outrage.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
I prefer to be pitched stories via email.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
