Current colleagues tell me I make dull subjects exciting. And yet, to me, the materials that underpin the products humanity needs (and must make sustainable) are anything but dull...

An editorial lead and marketer with experience in national and local newspapers, broadcast media, global business publishing and science communication.

I transformed the sponsored content section as the branded content editor of the Royal Society of Chemistry's flagship title Chemistry World.

I produced content for BBC Radio 4, edited three business titles (two national and one global) and managed my own communications/PR agency with clients including the British Council and the UK's world-class engineering services and nuclear organisation Atkins.

As a youngster, I founded the hemp food-based business Power Falafel which operated out of London's world famous Borough Market!
