 My most recent experience involved building teams and a trusted brand across many platforms.  Together we increased ratings and revenue beyond expectations while managing through an unexpected merger. We also expanded and evolved our programming while morphing our news team with our digital team.  We worked hard to build the stations commitment to the communities we served.  
 Prior to that I helped ABC 7 Chicago, an already established, unionized #1 station in market #3 successfully maintain our #1 position while transforming to new technology and new platforms.
 I challenge myself to remain on the cutting edge of investigative journalism, new technology, television and digital innovation as well as team building and coaching.  I challenge people to achieve the impossible under deadline pressure.
