In the wake of NIFLA v. Becerra, the pro-abortion movement has been busy casting pregnancy centers—of all things—as the villain. The folks at Planned Parenthood, NARAL Pro-Choice America, and Lady Parts Justice League have all agreed that these centers, which offer ultrasounds, pregnancy tests, counseling, and baby supplies free of charge, shall be dubbed “fake.” Despite receiving such scorn, the centers, undaunted, faithfully continue their labor of love to women in need.

Things get more serious when you’re a government official stacking the deck at public forums with speakers in favor of your personal political views. That not only makes for bad public policy—it violates the First Amendment. The Prince William County Virginia School Board convened last Wednesday to vote on a proposed rule that would undermine the principle of student privacy between the sexes.

Why Christians Object To Same-Sex Wedding Participation (It Isn't Bigotry)

Telling Christians, like Barronelle Stutzman, to affirm or participate in same-sex marriages effectively tells them to contradict what they believe to be foundational truths about the world. One popular way to resolve the tension between same-sex marriage and religious freedom is to criticize the motivations of religious believers. Usually that criticism is based upon, at best, ignorance about what those believers actually believe or, at worse, a purposeful distortion of their convictions.
