Jaser Zaabri is an American Jordanian entrepreneur and business executive recognized for his work across construction, disaster restoration, recruiting, real estate, and hospitality investment. He serves as the Founder & CEO of Evolve Holdings (Investment & Operating Group), a privately held company that manages and invests in businesses across multiple industries.
Born in the United States to a Jordanian business family, Jaser was introduced to international commerce at an early age. His father, Munir Zaabri, along with other relatives, worked with firms involved in engineering, construction, oilfield services, and trading throughout the UAE and surrounding regions. This background gave Zaabri early insight into cross-border business operations and long-term commercial growth.
Jaser Zaabri attended the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, where he earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in marketing and management. His studies focused on sales strategy, leadership, and operational systems, which later became central to his professional work.
He furthered his education at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. There, he strengthened his understanding of leadership, strategy, and organizational growth. This academic experience helped him prepare for leadership roles across different industries.
At the beginning of his career, Zaabri worked in international business development and advisory roles. In 2010, he participated in transactions involving members of the Qatari royal family. This experience provided exposure to high-level negotiations and cross-border deals, helping him build a broader understanding of global business operations.
In the early 2010s, Jaser began building his own companies. Between 2011 and 2018, he founded several insurance restoration and general contracting businesses under the Anderson Construction name. At the same time, he held executive roles within the Anderson Family of Companies, which provided disaster recovery and property restoration services across the United States.
Alongside his work in construction, Jay Zaabri expanded into consumer products and international brand development. From 2012 to 2016, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing at XS Energy Drinks. In this role, he helped expand the brand into 38 countries and managed annual sales of nearly $150 million.
He was responsible for building distributor networks, developing sales teams, and overseeing international logistics. He also served as an executive and board member at MyPillow Inc., contributing to the company’s growth. In addition, he co-founded GarbageMan, which began as a green initiative and later became a waste management company acquired by a larger organization.
From 2017 to 2019, Jay served as Executive Vice President of Development and Distribution at Renpure Organics. During this period, he helped expand the company’s retail presence across North America and into international markets. Renpure Organics was later acquired in 2018 by MAV Beauty Brands and Marc Anthony Cosmetics.
In 2019, Zaabri returned to the construction and development sector, where he remained active until 2021. He held executive roles at Magis LLC, Elysian Construction & Development, and Double G Construction. His responsibilities focused on sales growth, marketing strategy, and operational improvement.
During his time at Double G Construction, the company grew from approximately $2 million in revenue to around $60 million. Elysian Construction also experienced significant expansion, surpassing $600 million in revenue within two years.
In 2022, Jay founded Evolve Holdings to bring together multiple industries under a single operating and investment group. The company manages businesses across construction and restoration services, recruiting, professional training, property management, hospitality investment, and marketing analytics.
Within a few years, the company reached approximately $250 million in revenue and completed more than 7,000 restoration projects through its operating companies. One of its main divisions, Evolve Construction and Restoration, focuses on rebuilding after disasters. Another division, Evolve Fire and Restoration, has been involved in wildfire recovery efforts in Southern California, including Altadena and Pasadena.
Outside of business, Jaser supports charitable efforts through programs connected to the Evolve Foundation and the It 's4TheKids Foundation. His work includes supporting war veterans, assisting low-income families, and organizing food distribution efforts for communities in need.
Jaser Zaabri's career reflects a steady approach to business development, shaped by both family background and professional experience. Through Evolve Holdings and its related companies, he continues to focus on rebuilding communities, supporting business growth, and strengthening connections between the United States and the Middle East.
