Have you ever used a typewriter?

Yes! My parents had an old typewriter when I was a kid. It was both illuminating and frustrating to use.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?

I prefer to be pitched by email.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

I am most proud of our interview series Happy Hour at RELASH. It's a labor of love that I hope we bring back in 2022.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Find your why. What keeps you connected? What makes you excited to write? If you keep this in perspective, it will help when in doubt.

When's the best time to pitch you?

Anytime. I am always looking for interesting stories and topics on dating and relationships.
