Hello all, I'm excited about being here on Bigger Pockets... I'm excited about my beginnings in investing here in Atlanta. I've owned a rental once before but decided that wasn't for me... At least not the way I was doing it. I'm here to do some wholesaling and then right into longer term investing and commercial real estate to include markets outside of Georgia. I'm currently looking at a pre-foreclosure property that seems like it should have some money left in it based on the information I have.
