Hey everyone — Jax here based in Sarasota, FL. I'm actively wholesaling in the Sarasota/Bradenton/Tampa corridor and looking to connect with experienced wholesalers who have established buyer lists to JV with. I source off-market motivated seller deals through my own lead gen system and I'm looking for partners who can move them. Simple structure — I bring the deal, you bring the buyer, 50/50 split. If you're active in this market and want a consistent deal source, drop a comment or shoot me a DM.
