Jay P. Lefkowitz is an American lawyer, former U.S. government official, and legal educator. Over more than three decades, he served as a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis, held senior positions in the administrations of Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush, and is a Lecturer in Law at Columbia Law School.
