Football reporter for The Athletic mainly covering Brentford FC. Before The Athletic, I had worked for 90min and then spent four-and-a-half years with Sky Sports News.
In January 2022 I broke the world exclusive that Brentford had offered Christian Eriksen a contract six months after his tragic collapse at Euro 2020. I covered the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and witnessed Lionel Messi lead Argentina to victory over France in the final.
