Dealer's Hail & Specialty is a Little Rock, Arkansas based company that specializes in repairing cars which have been damaged by hailstorms. Dealer's utilizes a process known as Paintless Dent Repair, or PDR for short, to remove the small dents left in the body panels of a car from being hit with hail. As the name suggests, Dealer's primary customers are new car dealerships, but they also do sublet dent repair work for body shops as well as individual vehicle owners.
