Does anyone have any advice on how to approach quoting services for properties with several units? Any tips, tricks, etc. for managing a complex with several units? Any advice on how to successfully quote and manage complexes of that size would be much appreciated.
I recently left Amazon to be a full-time property manager. I'm looking forward to making connections and growing my expertise here. My first question for this community... What do you think of the recent developments that indicate rental history will be a bigger part of the credit evaluation of first-time homebuyers? Do you think this will increase foreclosures in the long run? Or is this a much needed change that will open the door to new homebuyers?
