Experimental results. Fig 6 reports the seizure detection results. The box plots are constructed by first averaging the performance metrics across all seizures for a given patient and then plotting the distribution of these averages across patients. Note that the CNN-BLSTM and CNN-MLP have the best median performance at the window level, which suggests that the convolutional encoder is key to learning discriminative representations from the data.
