I keep it pretty simple -- my laptop, smartphone, tablet, dictation tools, Google Docs, Scrivener, and probably a few tools I'm forgetting.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Yes. I still remember writing an investigative cover story on drug use in the school. It caused a bit of an uproar with administrators.
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
A company I'd been outspoken against for years pitched me for coverage. Lazy or thought I wouldn't notice their re-branding / new name.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Sleeping. Or on some little adventure exploring weird locations (I take photo trips for story inspiration for my fiction & blog writing).
