What was your first job as a journalist?

A local newspaper where I got all my training. There are so few of these around now and I still think they are vital.

Have you ever used a typewriter?

Nope, but I'd love one!

What does it mean to be a journalist?

It means getting to tell the stories of others, which I take very seriously so that it's their story and not tainted by how I might write it

What's your favorite social network?

Twitter.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

At the movies.
