What are the best neighborhoods to invest in for house hacking by renting to other young professionals? Where do most young pros in the area work/commute to and like to hang out/socialize? Hello BP! So after a long time my family and I are finally in a position to buy our first investment property. I was looking at a duplex or triplex here in the Houston area to get things going with a house hack, but I recent applied for a job in Colorado Springs that I am likely to get. So I am trying to really understand the area. Since I’m a TX native I had that advantage, but this promotion would put me out of my element.
