Jesse Williams

Jesse Williams is a Las Vegas–based entrepreneur and investor focused on the energy transition through long-term investments in clean-energy infrastructure. Through his investment company Rezerra, he builds a diversified portfolio of utility-scale and distributed solar, battery-storage, and EV-charging projects across the United States.

Rezerra’s investment approach emphasizes disciplined underwriting, strategic partnerships, and long-term ownership of infrastructure assets that deliver reliable energy, durable cash flow, and measurable environmental impact.

Williams is also developing an initiative to improve internet access for high schools and post-secondary institutions in Papua New Guinea. The project aims to connect students and educators with reliable online educational resources and broader economic opportunities through satellite-based internet infrastructure.

Outside of business, Williams is an accomplished mountaineer and adventurer. In 2021, he completed the highest-point climb in all 50 U.S. states. He summited Mount Everest in 2024 and completed the final climb of the Seven Summits on July 5, 2026.
