Cyano-Functionalized p -Aramid Copolymer Fibers Enabling Intrinsic Rubber Adhesion for Electric-Vehicle Hose Reinforcement
The transition to electric vehicles (EVs) has intensified durability demands on rubber hoses used for battery thermal management and coolant circulation, where para-aramid (p-aramid) fibers serve as the reinforcement of choice owing to their high strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance.

Möbius RoPE is a rotary positional encoding built on the anti-periodic frequency ladder $θ_i=π(2i+1)/N$: every rotation plane advances by an odd multiple of $π$ across the training context, so the positional holonomy is $-1$ and the two ends of the sequence are deterministically coupled through a closed-form Dirichlet "dipole"; to our knowledge this is the first anti-periodic boundary condition in positional encoding.

Limosilactobacillus reuteri alleviates proinflammatory T-cell-mediated liver injury and transcriptomic changes in immunocompromised mice
Abstract Background: A deficiency of immunosuppressive regulatory T cells, as seen in scurfy (SF) mice or in IPEX syndrome in humans, can lead to multiorgan inflammation. Oral administration of the probiotic Limosilactobacillus reuteri Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen GmbH (DSM) 17938 prolongs survival and reduces Th1- and Th2-associated inflammation in SF mice. It remains unclear how DSM 17938-educated SF-CD4+ T cells modulate T-cell–liver communication.

The hepatokine orosomucoid 2 mediates beneficial metabolic effects of bile acids
Bile acids (BAs) are pleiotropic regulators of metabolism. Elevated levels of hepatic and circulating BAs improve energy metabolism in peripheral organs, but the precise mechanisms underlying the metabolic benefits and harm still need to be fully understood. In the present study, we identified orosomucoid 2 (ORM2) as a liver-secreted hormone (i.e., hepatokine) induced by BAs and investigated its role in BA-induced metabolic improvements in mouse models of dietinduced obesity.

Evaluation of hormonal and circulating inflammatory biomarker profiles in the year following bariatric surgery
1 Introduction Compared to pharmacotherapy in the treatment of obesity (1), bariatric surgery (BS) has a superior effect on reducing body weight and fat in patients with severe obesity. Furthermore, it mitigates type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) and sleeve gastrectomy (SG), which change the anatomical structure of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and hormone levels, are the most performed types of BS (2–4).
Incidence disparities of obstructive sleep apnea-associated lung cancer by gender; Korean National Health Insurance data analysis
Introduction The incidence of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is increasing worldwide, affecting approximately 15% of males and 5% of females in the North American population (1). In South Korea, the prevalence of OSA is reportedly 4.5% in males and 3.2% in females (2).

Room Temperature Phosphorescence based Dissolved Oxygen Detection by Core-shell Polymer Nanoparticles having Metal-free Organic Phosphor
Highly sensitive optical detection of oxygen including dissolved oxygen (DO) is of great interest in various applications. We devised a novel room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) based oxygen detection platform by constructing core-shell nanoparticles with water-soluble polymethyloxazoline shells and oxygen-permeable polystyrene core crosslinked with metal-free purely organic phosphors.
The impacts of open-mouth breathing on upper airway space in obstructive sleep apnea: 3-D MDCT analysis - European Archives of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology
Abstract Open-mouth breathing during sleep is a risk factor for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and is associated with increased disease severity and upper airway collapsibility. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of open-mouth breathing on the upper airway space in patients with OSA using three-dimensional multi-detector computed tomography (3-D MDCT). The study design included a case–control study with planned data collection. The study was performed at a tertiary medical center.
