The role of NINJ1 in diseases
Abstract Nerve injury-induced protein 1 (NINJ1) is a multifunctional membrane protein historically studied for its roles in nerve regeneration and cell adhesion. A groundbreaking study fundamentally revised our understanding by demonstrating that NINJ1 acts as the active executor of plasma membrane rupture in lytic cell death pathways such as pyroptosis and ferroptosis, establishing this final step as a biologically regulated process.
Potential and Applications of Mn Complexes in Breast Cancer
Breast cancer remains one of the leading causes of mortality among women worldwide, and triple-negative breast cancer continues to show poor clinical outcomes due to the absence of actionable targets.
Framework Integration Engineered Asymmetric Cyanine Dyes for In Vivo High-Performance NIR-II Imaging and Multiplexed Labeling
Abstract Click to copy section linkSection link copied! The development of small-molecule near-infrared-II (NIR-II) fluorophores for high-contrast bioimaging is desirable, but challenging. Here, we report the design of a new class of NIR-II dyes, named AFlavs, created via framework integration of flavylium and polymethine scaffolds.

Fast Photostable Expansion Microscopy Using QDots and Deconvolution
Abstract Expansion microscopy (ExM) enables sub-diffraction imaging by physically expanding labeled tissue samples. This increases the tissue volume relative to the instrument point spread function (PSF), thereby improving the effective resolution by reported factors of 4 - 20X. However, this volume increase dilutes the fluorescence signal, reducing both signal-to noise ratio (SNR) and acquisition speed. This paper proposes and validates a method for mitigating these challenges.
Research on Microgrid Optimal Scheduling Based on an Improved Honey Badger Algorithm
1. Introduction Currently, China’s electric power industry is rapidly developing, aiming to enhance energy efficiency, minimize operational costs, and achieve environmental protection goals. Lowering electricity costs for users and accelerating the development of comprehensive energy systems, as well as improving the economic operation of microgrid systems, are current research hotspots. Therefore, optimizing the scheduling of microgrids is of significant importance [1,2,3].
Optimal Configuration of Electricity-Heat Integrated Energy Storage Supplier and Multi-Microgrid System Scheduling Strategy Considering Demand Response
1. Introduction In recent years, with the overuse of fossil energy and the increase of greenhouse gas emissions, the energy crisis as well as the climate warming is intensified. The development of traditional electricity industry is limited by conditions such as the environment and resources, and is in urgent need of transformation [1,2].

Ultrathin 2D IZO Film Transistor Printed via Liquid InZn Alloy: Insights into the Oxidation Behavior and Enhanced Mobility Properties
Ultrathin 2D IZO Film Transistor Printed via Liquid InZn Alloy: Insights into the Oxidation Behavior and Enhanced Mobility Properties Two-dimensional (2D) InZnO (IZO) is a typical and potential transparent conductive oxide for next-generation flexible transparent electronic displays due to its high flexibility, transparency, and high mobility characteristics. In this study, a liquid metal printing method is proposed to prepare atomically thin 2D IZO with controllable composition.

The Baeyer–Villiger Oxidation of Cycloketones Using Hydrogen Peroxide as an Oxidant
Abstract : Baeyer–Villiger oxidation can synthesize a series of esters or lactones that have essential application value but are difficult to be synthesized by other methods. Cycloketones can be oxidized to lactones using molecular oxygen, peroxy acids, or hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant. Hydrogen peroxide is one of the environmental oxidants.

Accurate flow in augmented networks (AFAN): an approach to generating three-dimensional biomimetic microfluidic networks with controlled flow
In vivo, microvasculature provides oxygen, nutrients, and soluble factors necessary for cell survival and function. The highly tortuous, densely-packed, and interconnected three-dimensional (3D) architecture of microvasculature ensures that cells receive these crucial components. The ability to duplicate microvascular architecture in tissue-engineered models could provide a means to generate large-volume constructs as well as advanced microphysiological systems.
