Jim Bologa

Jim Bologa brings integrity and steady leadership to post-secondary education as CEO of Porter and Chester Institute, the College of Court Reporting, and YTI Career Institute. Over the past 17 years, he has supported brand expansion, campus development, and the introduction of hybrid learning models. His background includes executive roles in finance and operations at TranSwitch and Daticon. Jim holds an accounting degree, a CPA (inactive) license, and certifications in Six Sigma and Lean Tools. He also contributes to workforce and community development through his church.
