This study evaluated a retrieval-augmented, multi-agent large language model (LLM)-driven, human-in-the-loop framework for detecting cutaneous immune-related adverse events (cirAEs) from clinical notes. Compared with unassisted manual review, the LLM-assisted workflow improved accuracy (F1 = 0.88 vs 0.77), inter-rater agreement measured by Cohen's kappa (kappa = 0.82 vs 0.50), and reduced average review time by approximately half.
Condition-Associated Pattern Extraction and Recovery From Multi-Condition Single-Cell RNA-seq Data With CAPER
1 Introduction Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) has revolutionized our ability to characterize cellular heterogeneity and dynamic responses in development, disease, and perturbation experiments [1, 2]. A growing number of studies involve multi-condition designs, e.g., comparing control and diseased tissue or stimulated and control cells, to identify the cellular and molecular responses of biological processes [3-5].

Research on Machine Learning-Based Method for Predicting Industrial Park Electric Vehicle Charging Load
1. Introduction In recent years, driven by the national “dual-carbon” policy, the electric vehicle (EV) industry in China has been flourishing. A large number of EVs have been integrated into the power grid, but this has also brought new challenges to the stable and secure operation of the grid. In industrial parks with high EV penetration rates, the charging behavior of EVs during peak electricity consumption periods has increased the peak load on the grid.

Safeguarding UAV Networks against Active Eavesdropping: An Elevation Angle-Distance Trade-Off for Secrecy Enhancement
Abstract : Because of their low expense and ease of rapid deployment, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are frequently applied in wireless networks. Although the wireless channel is able to broadcast, legitimate communications between UAVs and ground nodes are incredibly susceptible to severe security threats, such as malicious jamming and eavesdropping.
Power Grid Structure Performance Evaluation Based on Complex Network Cascade Failure Analysis
5.3. Results Analysis By cascading the network to failure, the node serial numbers corresponding to the number of cascading failed nodes are shown in Figure 5. Figure 5 shows that the failure of nodes 10, 12, 14, 15, and 18 causes network cascade failure, and node 15 especially has a crucial role in the network topology.
