Jake Mittleman

Hi! My name is Jacob "Jake" Mittleman, and I am a student journalist at American University. In high school, I first discovered my love for writing and journalism. At the time, my school had no student newspaper, so I created my own. Since arriving at college, I have joined two on-campus publications. AWOL, AU’s investigative magazine, in my freshman year, and The Eagle in my sophomore year. In my free time, I enjoy watching baseball, going to the movies and caring for my cats.
