Joan Culliney

Joanie opened her first salon in 1992 and owned four more salons after. She looks for certain traits in a designer that she can see they just need help developing their confidence and skill. Many designers are afraid to start their careers or just want a fun part-time job, but are afraid to step into a high-end salon. Her passion is to train those designers and see them blossom with confidence and skill.

Joanie Culliney is a Salon Owner, Hair Designer, and Makeup Artist. Her training started at Xenon International where she became a licensed cosmetologist. During and After school she was trained by top Designers Xenon, Robert Tamichi, and Dee Butler.
