Breaking News From Iran! (Plus Commentary) -By Joe Dauda
At around 2:00 a.m., a loud explosion was heard in the city of Bushehr in southern Iran, and shortly afterward a 2.9-magnitude earthquake was reported in the same area. Residents described the event as unusual: not the typical rumbling sensation of the ground, but rather “as if something heavy crashed and exploded.” Interesting. (Iran News) Commentary: Is Iran Testing A Nuclear Weapon?
I Dared To Ask God An Honest Question And He Gave Me An Immediate Response -By Joe Dauda
One day, I decided to read through the synoptic gospels one more time. The synoptic gospels (according to my secondary school CRK teacher, Mrs Achebe) are the gospels according to Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. So these four Books of the Bible are the synoptic gospels. They each contain the biography of Jesus Christ from the varying perspectives of the four writers. Naturally, I began at Matthew.
In 1998 and 2006 Two Men Attempted To Have Homosexual Copulation With Me -By Joe Dauda
The first was when I was an undergraduate engineering student at the Federal University of Technology, Minna. I will never disclose the identities of these guys. So nobody (including my very close friends) should bother to ask me about that. I was never interested in engineering and this fact is becoming clearer in retrospect. I was always a writer at heart — just waiting to be discovered and unleashed.

Why Gaza Became So Beautiful And Developed -By Joe Dauda
(History 101) Fact Egypt controlled Gaza from 1948 (when modern Israel was born) until 1967, assuring that a Palestinian state would not arise there. During its governance of Gaza, Palestinian refugees were kept in squalid camps and Gaza had one of the lowest standards of living in the world. The Gazans, according to Encyclopedia Britannica, were living in extreme poverty. Comment: Please check this claim before you proceed. Code word to aid your research: Gaza before 1967.
The Death Of General Chris Alli And A Tough Lesson On Procrastination -By Joe Dauda
About two months ago, my sponsor instructed me to interview the former Chief of Army Staff of the Nigerian Army, General Chris Alli. But I kept dilly dallying and did not apply myself to the assignment, which was in connection with something I was writing. It wasn’t really that I was just dilly dallying. I had some engagements: but I know I could have improvised if I had wanted to. I did not. Now, the man is dead.
Israel-Hamas War: Are You Wiser Than The Saudis, The Emirates, And The Bahrainis? -By Joe Dauda
God did not show modern Israel where He hid the oil and the gas until they, as a nation, had developed capacities and capabilities necessary for surviving in a very dynamic 20th and 21st century.
An Important Lie Told By The BBC Against Israel Has Just Been Discovered -By Joe Dauda
Earlier today, the BBC was compelled to issue an apology when it turned out that they had been caught in a lie against the State of Israel and the Israeli Defense Forces, IDF. Note: The BBC, even against the wishes of the British government, does not consider Hamas a terrorist organization. Many millions in the world also do not consider Hamas a terrorist organization. Now see how they lie against Israel to make Israel look like a bunch of savages.
Five Things A Christian Should Not Pray For -By Joe Dauda
Perhaps nobody taught them but today’s Christians seem focused on the very five things the Bible teaches they are not to focus on. The Christian experience is, ideally, based on a love relationship — love for God manifesting itself as love for human beings and, indeed, love for all of creation. Love for self (self love or extreme selfishness) is antithetical to true Christianity and there is a simple but profound way of testing the state of a Christian’s heart.
Contradictions In The Bible: 1 Chronicles 21:25 VS 2 Samuel 24:24 -By Joe Dauda
1 Chronicles 21:25 “So David gave to Ornan for the place six hundred shekels of gold by weight.” 2 Samuel 24:24 “So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.” Note: Ornan and Araunah refer to the same individual. There is more than enough evidence that the above are parallel passages and are telling the same story. See 1 Chronicles 21:21-25 and compare with 2 Samuel 24:20-24. But the amounts stated as paid by king David are vastly different.
Sin Will Not Take Away Your Ability To Use A Computer Or Drive A Car But… -By Joe Dauda
In spite of the fact that the credentials of every man of God for these days is the working of miracles – whether real or fake – the fact is that the craze for signs and wonders is preparing the world for the revelation of the Antichrist. But it has nothing to do with you. This is an aspect of God’s character – not taking what He has given you – and it is taught in the Bible in the following words.

But it has nothing to do with you. This is an aspect of God’s character – not taking what He has given you – and it is taught in the Bible in the following words. Romans 11:29 “For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.” The truism of this doctrine is obvious.

Economic Miracle! -By Joe Dauda
This issue of biblical blessings and cursing sometimes makes me wonder about Africa. We are descendants of Cush; and Cush is the grandson of Ham — the same Ham that saw his father’s nakedness and secured for himself a curse, unlike Sem and Japhet. Is Noah’s curse part of our problem? According to the International Monetary Fund, Israel’s GDP per capita is now $55,540. That’s almost N55m in today’s naira. And if you do not know what GDP means or what it implies, ask Google.

According to the International Monetary Fund, Israel’s GDP per capita is now $55,540. That’s almost N55m in today’s naira. And if you do not know what GDP means or what it implies, ask Google. Just two decades ago, Israel’s GDP was $12,000. Now at over $55, 500, Israel is ahead of most of Western Europe as well as Japan. Remember, all of this economic development while they are surrounded with many enemies and without having a single completely peaceful day.
Crime Alert In Abuja -By Joe Dauda
I called a friend/business colleague just now and asked him to design something for me. He said he could not do it immediately because his laptop had been stolen. How? What happened? My guy said that, about 3 weeks ago, he parked his car at UTC (specifically around Lozumba Plaza where there is a parking space) around 2:30pm. He only left the car for about 15 minutes to do something but, before he returned, his rear passenger glass had been broken and his laptop had been stolen.
The Greatest Deception In Modern Christianity (Part 7A) -By Joe Dauda
Now you understand why the key doctrine of Satan (and the Antichrist) is the doctrine of the Trinity, which denies that these Two (Jesus Christ and God) have a Father-Son relationship – and why it is so popular, even among “Christians” for Satan is the ruler of this world. There are some specific places in the Bible where the Bible talks about itself. 1 The Bible says it was inspired by God.

THE BOOK TALKS ABOUT ITSELF There are some specific places in the Bible where the Bible talks about itself. 1 The Bible says it was inspired by God. 2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness . . . “ 2 The Bible says it contains enough information to lead one to salvation through obedience to the word of God, even while giving a hint that there are some secrets not revealed in it.
The Greatest Deception In Modern Christianity: Identifying The Antichrist -By Joe Dauda
The number of Satan is 666 and it is an emblematic representation of the doctrine of the Trinity. Through this doctrine, Satan receives worship as God the Holy Spirit. . . . Continued From Part 6A “For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.” At last, they understood that it was the enemy of God – the papacy – that had changed the Sabbath.

INDENTIFYING THE ANTICHRIST When Roman Catholics tell you that the Roman Catholic Church was the first church, please don’t just dismiss their claim. They may not be 100% accurate because the first church in the Christian dispensation comprised the 120 believers that experienced Pentecost and they were in Jerusalem — not Rome – neither did they ever refer to themselves as Roman Catholics. But, to a large extent, the Church in Rome became quite influential in those early days of Christianity.
The Greatest Deception In Modern Christianity (Part 5) -By Joe Dauda
The point to note is that thrones were set up for the Ancient of days to take His seat before the judgment began. To make matters even clearer, the thrones were said to have wheels (Daniel 7:9), making it clear that they are mobile thrones which can move and which apparently did move. This movement was from the Holy to the Most Holy portion of the heavenly sanctuary. Recall, also, that Jesus Christ, signified as the Son of man, was brought to the Ancient of days for the judgment to begin.
The Greatest Deception In Modern Christianity (Part 5) -By Joe Dauda
IT’S ALL IN THE OLD TESTAMENT Except you have not read Parts 1-4 of this series (especially Part 4) you ought to be asking what happened in 1844. For those who may not be aware of this aspect of church history, the fact is that, indeed, there was a sweet-bitter experience in 1844 — a great disappointment – and it occurred at the end of the 2300 years, which began in 457BC.
The Greatest Deception In Modern Christianity (Part 4) -By Joe Dauda
The 70-week prophecy of Daniel Chapter 9 (verses 24-27) can be divided into four parts. 1. 7 weeks = 49 years + 2. 62 weeks = 434 years 3. 7 weeks + 62 weeks = 69 weeks = 483 years 4. 70th week broken into equal halves of 3.5 years each The segmentation above is based on statements by angel Gabriel, and they can all be found embedded in Daniel 9:25-27, bearing in mind the fact that verse 24, which mentions the 70 weeks as a whole, simply lists the spiritual mission of Jesus Christ to the world.
The Greatest Deception In Modern Christianity (Part 3) -By Joe Dauda
“If there were no lies, the truth would be easy to tell. It is the presence of lies that must be debunked that makes truth-telling sometimes tedious.” Anonymous. THE 70 WEEKS OF DANIEL’S PROPHECY In Daniel 8:27, Daniel confessed his lack of understanding of the vision he had seen in Chapter 8.
The Greatest Deception In Modern Christianity (Part 2) -By Joe Dauda
Anytime there is disagreement among Christians concerning any particular doctrine, you must have the maturity to be objective enough to accept the sad fact that, assuming one of them is correct, all the others that do not agree with that one are wrong. This is reality, no matter what the doctrine is. And the reason is simple. The Bible says God is not the author of confusion. The truth of God is one and is specific.

The Greatest Deception In Modern Christianity - And Its Roots -By Joe Dauda
Hint: This Will Leave You Scratching Your Head In Bewilderment I say modern Christianity because Christians of earlier years understood this matter clearly — and I will prove this by quotations from their writings. Unfortunately, modern Christians are largely confused about this issue. And I don’t believe it is just because of some mischief on their part. I honestly believe that, for the majority, it is apparently because they have been deceived.

Lamidi Apapa’s Missing Cap -By Festus Adedayo
Turbulent anger of Obidients landed on Lamidi Apapa last week. By the time their anger petered out, Apapa had lost his cap to a God-knows-who. Esu Elegbara, the trickster deity of the Yoruba people, it will seem, lives in caps. Though most of the exploits of Esu exist in myths, Yoruba constructed a pantheon of beliefs that implicate the Esu as divisive and full of tricks.
