What was your first job as a journalist?
I worked as a collaborator for a regional newspaper, being part of a group reporting on social disparities in my native country.

Yes, mechanical and electric.

What does it mean to be a journalist?
To be a bridge between information and the public to help people to understand what is happening in the world.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), Adobe Creative Cloud (Audition, Premier Pro).
What's your favorite social network?
Facebook.
Why did you become a journalist?
I have always liked to tell stories and I found in journalism a way to help people to make visible the problems that affect them.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Nope.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
A story about political corruption and the misappropriation of public resources.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Seek opportunities to practice while studying, be curious, understand that your work serves and affects others and be a constant learner.
When's the best time to pitch you?
Anytime.
What's your favorite drink?
Soursop juice.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Reading, walking, cooking or working out.
