Abstract Patients with multiple myeloma accumulate hundreds of clinical documents over years of sequential therapy, and every treatment decision depends on synthesis across that history. Whether large language model–based systems can match expert agreement on this task, and where they fail, has not been established.
Synopsis The push−pull ligand 2,6-diguanidylpyridine installs low-energy MLCT and LMCT states in its homoleptic iron(II) and iron(III) complexes. The six-membered chelate rings enable a nearly octahedral [FeN6] symmetry in the meridional coordination mode, while facial coordination yields a lower symmetry. The meridonal isomer of the iron(II) complex shows spin crossover (T1/2 = 269 K), while the facial isomer remains in the high-spin state up to 298 K.
