John Ikhaml

John Ikhaml has built a notable career in manufacturing, leading teams to improve operations and enhance safety. Since 2017, he's been the Senior Production Manager at Protolabs Inc., where he's boosted efficiency and innovation through effective management practices. Previously, John enhanced production and safety at The Bergquist Company and Boston Scientific, earning a "Lean Leader" certification. He started as an Engineering Intern at Sheldahl Inc., driving process improvements. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he also developed a fuel-efficient engine project.
