John Sizemore’s Biography
I'm a freelance travel writer, photographer, and yoga teacher based out of Austin, Texas by way of North Carolina. I believe there is magic in every corner of our planet, and I'm passionate about sharing that magic and helping others see it through my writing and pictures.
I have contributed to Paste Magazine and Matador Network, primarily covering parks, road trips, off-the-beaten-path destinations, cities, wellness, and the occasional strange one-off experience. I always submit original photos with my pieces. I enjoy reading, cooking, exploring cinema, and playing music when I'm not traveling, taking photos, or writing.
