Inside Golden Goose's Selfridges takeover (and why it's working)
Johnny Davis At Selfridges in London this week, Golden Goose has taken over the Corner Shop, the department store's rotating pop-up space, with “Frutteria Golden”, a concept loosely modelled on an Italian fruit market. There are wooden crates, handwritten signs and stacks of seasonal produce. At the centre sits a long communal table, created with Octavia Flowers, where guests make ikebana-style arrangements from fruit and stems, small tactile efforts that slowly build into a larger installation.
