Dr. Hart is a Board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience as a foundation for his 14+ years of experience as a healthcare executive. Few have shared the cumulative experience and perspective possessed by Dr. Hart, as he has practiced, worked, and been successful on all sides of the healthcare curtain - practice in urban and rural areas; ambulatory, skilled, and acute care settings; hospital/health system executive and administrator; healthcare payer executive; and influencer of healthcare policymakers.
