Jon Holmes’s Biography
I'm an editor, journalist and media consultant with over 20 years' experience in writing, sub-editing and managing sports content. I'm currently an editor with Outsports.com. I'm passionate about inclusion and worked extensively on support for the Rainbow Laces campaign during my time at Sky Sports, where I still work part-time. In 2017, I founded Sports Media LGBT+, a network, advocacy and consultancy group for LGBT+ people and allies in sport. I sit on the committees of the Sports Journalists' Association and the Football Writers' Association. Other passions of mine include movies, theatre, and Plymouth Argyle FC.
