Multiomics Profiling During Autoimmune Demyelination Highlights a Complex Regulatory Role for Ataxin-1 in B Cells
1 Introduction Genome-wide association studies have been instrumental to decode the complex genetic landscape underlying the risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS), a chronic autoimmune disease of the central nervous system (CNS) characterized by focal demyelination, immune cell infiltration, gliosis, and axonal injury [1]. More than 200 loci have been associated with genome-wide significance with increased MS susceptibility [2].

Dynamic and broad expression of adamts9 in developing and adult zebrafish
PHENOTYPE REPORT Yuanfa He and Jonathan J. Carver contributed equally to this study. Abstract Background Previous studies showed that Adamts9 is involved in multiple functions including ovulation, spine formation, primordial germ cell migration, and development of primary ovarian follicles in animals. However, systemic examination and high-resolution analyses of adamts9 expression are missing due to lack of a sensitive reporter assay.
Publisher Correction: Delay in primordial germ cell migration in adamts9 knockout zebrafish
